This benefit class will include a collection of precious black kittens available for adoption through PAWS (currently 30) tiptoeing among your legs and arms (or napping on you) as you move.

Mats, mobility tools, and feel-good class provided by Rock On Society and VIM, while kittens are provided and available through PAWS (30 black kittens currently available).

Join Coach Jennifer Vertone alongside DJ VerT-OnE​ Wednesday, March 23 at 5:30pm for a 20-minute time trial where you’ll ride as hard as you can while measuring your average power output.

Do you have to participate in the FTP test to attend? Not at all! As always, we want you to get what you need out of any class at Vim. And if that means recovery, rehab, etc - always do what’s right for you.

Knowing your own FTP enables you to track progress. You don’t have to be a cyclist or fitness freak to care about FTP,  just someone who cares about seeing improvement in their own fitness! We value your time and know that when your fitness gains are met, we all win.

It was 2006 and VIM owner, Julie Guttormson had lived in Jackson for only a year when she suffered a stroke from three blood clots in different, major veins of her brain. She was lucky enough to walk away healthy and had great health insurance to back up her experience. Because not everyone has the same fortunate outcome, Rock the Ride was born as Julie’s personal way to celebrate health, give back to the community, and celebrate another year in business (March, 2020 marks VIM’s 8th Anniversary).

Since 2016 Rock the Ride has proudly raised over $200k for local stroke and cardiac patients through St. John’s Hospital Foundation. 100% of the funds raised help patients blindsided by the cost of their experience - and we're just getting started.

Join us Sunday, March 8th for the 5th annual Rock the Ride. Form a team of up to four people, donate your time or simply give to a cause that is sadly so common. Someone you know may benefit from your generosity one day – or already has.
