FAQ
What is the best deal if I am new?
We believe getting to know our space and all the great offerings takes more than one class. We do not offer firts-class free, instead, local, first-timers can receive their first month for $99 at VIM with the 1 MONTH LOCALS INTRO pass. This is the best way to pack in what you can and select the right pass moving forward based on the classes you loved most. We have clients who attend classes daily, once a week, in person, online or hybrid - and offer a variety of passes to meet those needs. Commitment-phobe? We get it! While no other intro offers are available, you are available to purchase any pass to meet your needs.
ARE MEMBERS REQUIRED TO WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT AFTER USE?
Yes, we kindly request members to wipe down all equipment that you use after you’ve finished with it. stations with anti-bacterial spray and wipes are located throughout the studio for your use.
Cancellations/No-SHOW
Please see our terms page for details.
Wait-listed?
Treat a wait-listed class like a reserved class and don't lose hope! No matter how far down on the wait-list, it is very common you'll still get in. When someone cancels, the next person on the wait-list is automatically moved into class. You will receive an email/text (select in account preferences) to notify you of the addition. You will not be charged if you do not get into the class, but you must cancel if you decide not to attend as we will continue to add clients to the list up to 1/2-hour before class starts. No-show results in the loss of a class pass or a $10 fee for unlimited passes. Check back within the two-hour window to see if a space may have just opened up.
Are your classes for all levels? What if I can’t do everything?
We are proud to offer “classes for the masses”. All fitness levels and ages welcome. Both riding and rowing are based on efficiency and the intensity YOU create. You are in control and can ALWAYS take it at your own pace. Just let us know if it’s your first time and/or if you are injured and we’ll make sure to get you set up properly to help create a great experience.
cycling shoes + PEDAL INFO
Clipping in is not required but allows for a more effective workout and is encouraged. Our Schwinn Z™ Performance bikes offer pedals with Shimano SPD Mountain clips on one side, LOOK Delta on the other side, plus a removable cage suitable for athletic shoes. For your safety, if you are wearing athletic shoes you MUST be in cages. We do not offer shoe rental.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR Barre socks?
We want you to be comfortable. If that means grip socks, athletic shoes or bare feet, that’s what you wear! If you prefer grip socks, feel free to bring your own. We do not sell Barre socks.
Sharing Class Packs
All Class Packs can be shared. In fact, you can share these passes with as many people as you like and even attend class at the same time. This is an economical option for a business or multiple friends to save money. Unlimited passes are based per person. Please note the expiration ranges for each package along with the cancellation terms. Each participant must have their own account and we can even connect accounts at your request for easy pass-share. Reserve for another person through your account and class pack by logging in here.
Arriving Late + Leaving Early
To preserve the experience and respect other participants, we always prefer you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to every class. While you will be welcome late, your reserved space will only be guaranteed up to 10 minutes after the class start time. Open spots are filled first-come-first-serve.
Age Requirement
You must be 13 years or older to take any VIM class. If you are under 18 years old, we’ll need a parent or legal guardian to sign a consent form before your first class. Fill out the parent release form here.
Do you have locker rooms?
We have one changing room, one restroom and plenty of space to store your things during class. While we do not have showers, we provide towels, hair ties, face wipes, blow-dryer, dry shampoo, deodorant and hairspray to help put yourself back together “Jackson style”.

As a friendly reminder, it is up to you to manage your account and use your packs before they expire. No extensions. No exceptions.
