For Rent: Weights, KB’s, Sandbells, Bands, etc. >>> $25/week for the fitness package of your choice.

For Rent: Last Generation Silver Schwinn >>> $75/week.
These are our last generation of bikes that are less than 4 years old. These are stored in a storage unit and utilized for Rock the Ride annually now since we upgraded last year to the black bikes. Each offers a console utilization the essentials we coach from in Schwinn (watts/power, stage time, calories, RPM. etc). Pedals are SDP on one side and a cage on the other. We can deliver / pick-up for a $50 fee or set a time to meet at the unit located in town for pick-up later today or tomorrow. If you plan to pick up yourself, it must be in a covered vehicle. For reference, I can lay a bike in the back of my Subaru Outback. For the protection of the bike (and your back), please plan on two people to unload once you get the bike home. We can set up a time to meet at the storage unit this afternoon.
 
For Rent: Current Generation Black Schwinn >>> $125/week. These are the current bikes in use at VIM and can be picked up by appointment today. We can also deliver and pick-up for a $50 fee. These bikes offer the latest consoles using power, rpm. stage time, calories, etc, as utilized with our Schwinn coaching. Each have SPD clips, LOOK Keo Clips and detachable cages. If you plan to pick up yourself, it must be in a covered vehicle. For reference, I can lay a bike in the back of my Subaru. For the protection of the bike (and your back), please plan on two people to unload once you get the bike home.
  
For Rent: WaterRower >>> $90/week. Delivery/Pick-Up offered for $50 extra. Please pick up in a covered truck. Due to the weight of the water tank, 3 people to load and unload is ideal.

*If you do not have a card on file, you will need to do so. You can also pay via Venmo @vimstrong, but a current card will still need to be on file. Equipment needs to be cleaned after every use and must be returned in the condition it was received in.
